Tuesday evening - 19:30 - 21:00 Type of training - Implementing kyusho into all aspects of Uechi Ryu Karate.
Thursday evening - 19:45 - 21:15 Type of training - Uechi Ryu Karate. Sensei Peter Ruscoe also teaches a childrens class .
